Learning Outcomes
Participants will be able to:
✔ Develop clear, effective, and developmentally appropriate safety plans
✔ Respond to harmful sexual behaviour in ways that prioritise safety, regulation, and wellbeing for all children involved
✔ Support both children who have displayed harmful behaviours and those impacted, using a balanced and protective approach
✔ Work collaboratively with families and across service systems to strengthen safety and consistency
✔ Monitor, review, and adapt safety strategies in response to changing risk and context
✔ Respond to risk with clarity, confidence, and sound professional judgement
