Therapeutic Services
Little Hearts & Minds
"In play, a child speaks the language of their heart — and in listening, we give them the courage to heal."
Our therapeutic services provide deeply individualised support for children and young people, grounded in relational, developmentally responsive care. We recognise that meaningful therapeutic change happens when children feel safe, understood, and supported within relationships that honour their unique experiences and developmental needs.
For our youngest clients, this support is offered through our dedicated early childhood therapeutic program — Little Hearts.
Little Hearts Program — Our Services
At the heart of everything we do is a simple belief: every child deserves to feel safe, understood, and deeply supported as they grow.
The Little Hearts Program is the therapeutic branch of our service — a nurturing space created especially for children who need gentle, individualised emotional support to thrive.
This program was born from the understanding that healing, growth, and confidence do not happen in busy spaces or rushed moments. They happen slowly, through trust. Through connection. Through relationships that feel safe enough for a child to be fully themselves.
Here, we create that space.
Little Hearts is our specialised early childhood therapeutic program, thoughtfully designed to support young children who need deeper emotional, relational, or developmental support.
The program integrates attachment-informed, trauma-responsive, and neurodevelopmentally informed practice within a child-centred, relational, and play-based therapeutic framework. Through carefully attuned relationships and developmentally meaningful experiences, children are supported to build regulation, strengthen emotional wellbeing, and experience a greater sense of safety and connection.

To ensure deeply responsive and individualised therapeutic care, the Little Hearts Program supports a small number of children at any one time.
This allows therapy to remain highly attuned, consistent, and relational — which is essential for meaningful and lasting change.
Because of this, places are limited and a waitlist is maintained.
Families, carers, and professionals can express interest in the Little Hearts Program by putting in an enquiry and we will contact you with more information on joining the waitlist.
When a place becomes available, we will contact you to discuss suitability and next steps.
