Training Workshops

Training that makes a difference

Nurturing hearts. Strengthening minds. Supporting systems.

Our training combines developmental science, trauma-informed practice, attachment theory, and relational frameworks to equip professionals with practical strategies for safe, responsive, and consistent care.

Programs are designed to build confidence, strengthen capability, and support professionals working with children across diverse systems and environments. By nurturing the adults and systems around children, we help lay the foundations for lasting, meaningful change.

Explore our specialist workshops and training programs below, and if you’d like to learn more or discuss options for your team, we warmly invite you to get in touch.

Start Your Training Journey

We warmly welcome enquiries from teams and organisations interested in our training workshops. Whether you’d like to learn more about available programs, discuss suitability for your team, or explore customised delivery options, we’re here to help.

To get started, simply complete the enquiry form or contact us at info@healingheartsandmindcollective.com. Once we receive your enquiry, you’ll be sent detailed information about our training workshops, including our service guide, pricing, and access to the booking form. After your booking is confirmed, an invoice will be generated.

Our training services are delivered in line with the recommended fee guidance of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW). Half-day workshops and multi-day programs are available, with investment determined by program length, level of customisation, and delivery requirements. Additional costs may apply for rural or remote travel, accommodation, or extended on-site delivery, and these will be discussed transparently during the planning process.

We view training as an investment in workforce capability, relational safety, and long-term service sustainability — equipping professionals to respond confidently and effectively to the needs of children and young people.
